I would like to welcome you to my e-portfolio. I've carved out this little space on the Internet as a means to share a little bit of background about myself as a person, and to state my goals and aspirations going forward.
Currently, I am a student at Penn State University, where I am pursuing a degree in Information Sciences and Technology. I have decided to keep my focus in the areas of Network Administration and Web Design, since I love to tinker around with the 'nuts and bolts' of computer hardware, and because I like to consider myself a creative person.
But, as Jack Nicholson said in Kubrick's version of The Shining "All work and no play make Jack a dull boy!" When I'm not burying my nose in books and research projects, I love to unwind with a good video game. I have been an avid gamer for most of my life, and have owned just about every game console ever released. I also try to maintain my gaming blog here on Blogger (I'll admit that school and work make this a bit difficult.) I also find great enjoyment in performance art, and as such, I can usually be found either on a stage, or in front of a camera, acting my heart out. Recently, I discovered the world of Live Action Role Playing, and I now regularly participate in the Wyvern Rising L.A.R.P. weekend events that are held at Hickory Run State Park, here in PA.

As you peruse what's offered here, you may feel as though what I've shared is....underwhelming. However, my IST 111s professor told me "You can only be where you are". And right now, this is where I am: Giving myself another chance at life, and working hard to be the best person I can possibly be.
